Getting ready for Yuri's Night 2009

This year, like every year, Yuri’s night takes place on April 12th and is a celebration of humanity’s achievements in space. Each April 12, people from around the world come together to mark the anniversary of Yuri Gagarin’s first flight into space (in 1961) and the first launch of the US Space Shuttle (in 1981). Everyone can participate,and as local coordinator for the UK I have been trying to get my brain into gear to think of some great events to hold on the night.

The only thing which I can think of is a club night. I have a few friends I am hoping to call on in the next few days to throw some ideas around and to see what we can come up with. But while I am randomly thinking i wanted to share this rather new cool logo with you.
